What are the KYC documents required at GBCash?
The KYC Documents accepted are:
1. PAN Card - Front Side.
2. Address Proof Document - Aadhar Card Or Passport.
As an GBCash Account holder, after making the payment or before making the payment, you can upload your PAN Card Front Side copy & Aadhar Card or Passport, both side copy in color format on GBCash's website.
At the time of loading the Aadhar or passport, please make them in 1 document, either PDF or JPG and then upload it, so as it could be uploaded both side in one Go.
After signup/registration at GBCash, you will be able to see the KYC Verification option.
Does i need to verify my card ?

We require card verification for ensure that user use their own card for transactions. This add an extra layer of safty & security.
How to verify my card ?
1. Just open GBCash app/website
2. Go to profile section (for App) / Open menu from three dots (for Website)
3. Open on My Cards and click on below plus (+) button
4. Enter your card details & attach your selfie with holding your credit card.
5. Then your card will be verified within couple of minutes.
How much time takes for KYC or Card Verification?
Normally it takes 4 - 7 minutes to verify.
Is GBCash a marketplace/e-comm. company for seller and buyers to come together to conclude a transaction?
GBCash is NOT a marketplace/e-comm. company for sellers/merchants to sell their goods & services. We DO NOT provide any of the typical services that an e-comm. company provides such as, display of products & services by seller, negotiation on pricing & quality, shipping of goods / rendering of services, etc. We only provide an interface for the buyer to make payment to the seller. Members are advised to do their own detailed negotiation on pricing, quality, etc. directly with the seller / receiver of funds. Such discussions between the buyer and seller happen outside of the GBCash ecosystem.
At GBCash, we do not provide any assurance that the receiver of payment has provided or shall provide the promised goods & services in good condition. Rather, the onus is on the payer to ensure that the promised goods & services are provided to him/her. To ensure that the same has been done, we request our members to only pay after they have already received the goods & services in good condition.
Do I need to deposit money from my Card to GBCash account?
No, you are NOT required to make a deposit with GBCash to make a payment. GBCash is not an e-wallet and works differently. GBCash allows you to directly pay from your debit or credit card in a 1-step process without the need to first deposit money with us & then make the payment. Your money stays secure & accessible in your card or bank account so you only spend it.
Why do I need to authenticate my account?
GBCash requires you to authenticate your account by confirming your mobile number before you can undertake any transactions. This keeps the platform secure for everyone.
How do I update my mobile number?
For security reasons you can't change your mobile number directly. You have to contact us at [email protected] with your old mobile number and new number from your registered email account.

How to Request Cancellation Or Refund of the processing transaction?
If you have initiated a transaction at GBCash & want to cancel or refund the transaction, you can do so by writing us at [email protected] within 2 Hours of making the transaction. Please provide the reason of the cancellation or refund request. Also please note, any cancellation will incur a cost. For Classic Payout transaction the cost shall be = ( minus convenience charges paid on top of the payment ) + 1% Refund/Cancellation Request Charges. For INSTAFAST Payout transaction the cost shall be ( minus convenience charges paid on top of the payment ) + 2% Refund/Cancellation Request Charges. At any point of time, if you have any further question, please do write us at: [email protected] Once request is received & cancellation is processed, it takes 5 bank working days maximum for the transaction to be credited back to the source of payment.
How a Fraud Payment Resolution Is done at GBCash?
At GBCash, if authorities reports a fraud which has been filed with them by the Credit Card Holder, Debit Card Holder, Bank Account holder, Or any financial tool Holder, which/or whose account/tool/means has been used to pay at GBCash, We will share all the details of the customer whose account is subject to the fraud. This will be in purview of the right of the authorities. The Fraud Payment Could be Declared Fraud, Indicative Fraud, Suspicion of Fraud or Under Investigation Fraud. Once a Investigation will be in process from the authorities, any payment on that account in that time period will be kept on hold. Until there is no complete Go ahead from the authorities in a written manner, the account of the user will stay suspended. In the meantime, the legal & admin team of GBCash will get involved with the authorities in order to come to a final conclusion. Number of Hours Spent on resolution will be a cost affair & for the same a bill will be adjusted from the user. The same will be adjusted from the balance or payment in hold, or a bill shall be sent to the User in question to settle. Also any penalty or whatsoever financial payoff will be claimed from the authorities end, shall be the liability of the user to pay/settle. Please note, once a process of hold is initiated it will be for minimum 90-180 Bank Working days ( or as the banks/authorities will advise ). Once a clearance from the legal/admin/authorities (involving banks or cyber police or police or courts, etc.) is recieved, either in electronic way, that is email or in Hard copy document, the same funds ( with whatever subject to deduction on the charges for legal expenses/penalties etc.) will be released within 45 Banking Days max ( Post the clearance received). Also, if in between any new cases arises on the same user as a second time offence, whether it holds true or not, subject to investigation again, all the funds in the account will again be put on hold.IMPORTANT: The Above are just for reference. There could be more depth in the process of resolution of Fraud Payment/ Indicated Fraud & that could be communicated on case to case basis.
Unauthorised/Unethical/Wrong Intent/ Wrong information While KYC process
We would like to keep GBCash environment safe for each and every member.
Couple of important points we would like to mention to keep it a safe & ever working environment:
1. GBCash is not a wallet transfer website. With GBCash you can pay to someone else in their bank account for the services provided by them to you & could be selected from the purpose of payment as mentioned while making the payment.
2. Banks/Processing partners may anytime request for the invoice/proof of payment to ensure the payments are being done for the services which has been selected while making the payment.
3. While Registering at GBCash and providing PAN & Other details, the Account Holders name should match exactly as its on the PAN card. If it does not matches up, or a wrong identity has been provided, the payment made shall be reversed with cancellation & refund charges.
4. GBCash is a platform for making service based payments only to someone else. If any transaction is done towards own bank account, the money shall be refunded back to the source of payment ( minus convenience + 3% Penalty charges for overriding the terms of service of the website )

What are the banned Items for Vendor Payment through GBCash?
While we do not interrupt users to make payments with their Credit Card Or Debit Card at GBCash, still to comply with the law, we have a curated list of items which are banned for payment while selecting, Purpose of Payment - Vendor Payment.
We would like to advise our users, if any payment shall be made for the following purposes, the payment shall be revised to the source minus convenience charges + 1 % reversal fees. Also it will subject to close/deletion of your account at GBCash, without keeping any record of any transaction.
The Banned Items List:
1) Adult goods and services which includes pornography and other sexually suggestive materials (including literature, imagery and other media); escort or prostitution services.
2) Alcohol which includes Alcohol or alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne.
3) Body parts which includes organs or other body parts.
4) Bulk marketing tools which includes email lists, software, or other products enabling unsolicited email messages (spam).
5) Cable descramblers and black boxes which includes devices intended to obtain cable and satellite signals for free.
6) Child pornography which includes pornographic materials involving minors.
7) Copyright unlocking devices which includes Mod chips or other devices designed to circumvent copyright protection. 8) Copyrighted media which includes unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials.
9) Copyrighted software which includes unauthorized copies of software, video games and other licensed or protected materials, including OEM or bundled software.
10) Counterfeit and unauthorized goods which includes replicas or imitations of designer goods; items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association, fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, and other potentially unauthorized goods.
11) Drugs and drug paraphernalia which includes illegal drugs and drug accessories, including herbal drugs like salvia and magic mushrooms.
12) Drug test circumvention aids which includes drug cleansing shakes, urine test additives, and related items.

21) Prescription drugs or herbal drugs or any kind of online pharmacies which includes drugs or other products requiring a prescription by a licensed medical practitioner.
22) Pyrotechnic devices and hazardous materials which includes fireworks and related goods; toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials and substances.
23) Regulated goods which includes air bags; batteries containing mercury; Freon or similar substances/refrigerants, chemical/industrial solvents, government uniforms, car titles or logos, license plates, police badges and law enforcement equipment, lock-picking devices, pesticides; postage meters, recalled items, slot machines, surveillance equipment; goods regulated by government or other agency specifications.

35) The Merchant shall not sell, purchase, provide or exchange a cardholder's name or MasterCard / Visa account number information in any form obtained by reason of a MasterCard/ Visa Card transaction to any third party other than its MasterCard/ Visa acquiring member, or pursuant to a government /statutory or competent body's request.
